Come Out for Some Hiking and Biking The City of Clarksville has many parks to enjoy. Montgomery County also has parks and one of those is located within the city limits. I particularly like the feel of this park as it feels like taking a trip to East Tennessee and the mountains. Rotary Park has lots of solitude and natural beauty that can be seen with each changing season. It was named after the Rotarians as they were instrumental in the park's initiative. Rotary Park is a county park managed by Montgomery County. To get to the park take Madison St. south from downtown and turn right on Ashland (8 comments)
If you live in Clarksville TN and had a live Christmas tree, you may not know what you can do with it that is good for the environment. Good news is there is a park location in Clarksville where you can take your undecorated tree for disposal.
Montgomery County is sponsoring a collection site at Rotary Park located on Ashland City Hwy. (41A ByPass) 2308 Rotary Park Drive. Look for the designated location near the front of the park. This location will be receiving trees until February 3, 2018. After this time the trees will be (16 comments)

Rotary Park Clarksville, A Good Place for Hiking and Biking Clarksville and Montgomery County TN have many parks to enjoy but one in particular is like taking a trip to the mountains. Rotary Park is one of my favorites for its solitude and beauty especially during the change of the seasons. The park was named after the Rotarians because they were a big part in the park's origination. Rotary Park is a county park and is managed by Montgomery County. It is located on the south side of town on 41A ByPass near Madison St. and Nashville Highway. It is surrounded by subdivisions and businesses (10 comments)
There are many parks in Clarksville and Montgomery County TN but not many have the feel of escaping to the mountains right in the city limits. Rotary Park has that and also has a creek running through its 111 acres. Rotary Park is one of my favorite parks in the Clarksville and surrounding areas.
It was named for the Rotarians that helped get the park started. It is overseen by Montgomery County. The location is not hard to find but if you don't know where it is you might miss it as (17 comments)

Rotary Park, An Escape Right in the Middle of Clarksville TN One of the many fine parks in Clarksville and Montgomery County TN Rotary Park is one of my favorites. This park was named for the Rotarians who were instrumental in its origination. It is maintained by Montgomery County. The location is very convenient on 41A ByPass on the south side of town off of Madison Street.
What is unique about the park is that it is surrounded by subdivisions. When you are in the park you feel like you are away from town and in the mountains of East Tennessee. It is a great place for a hike (25 comments)
