Moving forward can be challenging in business and in our personal lives. Seller's or possible seller's are currently reluctant to put their homes up for sale because of possibly not being able to find another home. There is somewhat uncertainty in our political environment and a mirage of other issues. As Realtor's it can also be difficult to continue on in our changing industry as well as trying to understand who to market too-when-and how? 1. RE License courses didn't teach you how to find new clients. 2. You are in the lead generation business first, real estate business second. 3. Your work hours will be crazy. (prepare your family) 4.Real estate is harder than you imagined-you need not just one client but hundreds 5. Most Realtors are not hard-wired to be self employed (your own boss)
