snapchat: Snapchat and Real Estate

Snapchat went public last week with a huge bang, but since then it's stock price has dropped by 11%. The biggest problems facing the stock is the inability of shareholder input and most important it's inability to connect with older potential users. What does this have to do with real estate? I personally believe that it can be a huge opportunity for real estate agents to get in on the ground floor of this popular medium for teenagers and twentysomethings.
