SSgt Sky R Mote, died Aug. 10 while conducting combat operations in Helmand province, Afghanistan. He was assigned to 1st Marine Special Operations Battalion, Camp Pendleton, California. He was Killed in Action along with two other Marines, Capt. Matthew P. Manoukian, 29, of Los Altos Hills, California, and Gunnery Sgt. Ryan Jeschke, 31, of Herndon, Va., We mourn the loss of these three Marines. This is more like a Wordy Wednesday for me! I can't see a red sky without thinking of my grandma. She had a saying - Red sky at night, sailor's delight. Red sky in morning, sailors take warning. Here's an explanation of that from the Library of Congress: Red sky at night, sailors delight. When we see a red sky at night, this means that the setting sun is sending its light through a high concentration of dust particles. At Lyon Real Estate we are fortunate to have exclusive rights in the Sacramento area to a tool developed by our company to collect and graph market statistics. The tool is called Trendgraphix. With Trendgraphix we can narrow the market down to certain areas, home sizes, and/or price ranges. The statistics are out for June 2007.
