As we're two thirds of the way through the 2016 selling season, I have to ask, have you hugged (reached out to) a fsbo lately? We at Fizber are on our way to adding another 3,000 unrepresented sellers to our for sale by owner website this month and many of these new Fizber home sellers are eagerly looking to get their home sold a.s.a.p. as the upcoming school year and subsequent holiday season are fast approaching. Don't laugh, the holidays will be here before you know it. Now I know many of you think...fsbo's -- they're difficult, they're not in touch with reality, they overprice their home, … (1 comments)
