As we navigated through the transaction I noticed that my colleague was very adversarial.  Now I am one to protect my client and I expect you to protect yours.  I wouldn't ever expect either one of us to give up our fiduciary duties to our clients.  So then why are you so nasty when we both want the same thing, TO SELL A HOME!!!
