Absolutely! As a home stager and interior photographer, I pay attention to a lot details and light the rooms with several flashes at a time, which takes me about 1.5 hours on site for the typical Calgary, AB home.
But then I'm in it for at least that long afterwards on my computer!
These are the typical things I adjust and/or correct on many of the photos I take:

better photography: Correcting those Crooked Photos . . . A Tutorial - 01/24/10 01:49 PM
We've all seen those MLS real estate photos where the vertical lines are going every which way . . . except straight up and down. In a recent post, as a Calgary real estate Photographer, I've already discussed how to avoid that while you are taking the pictures.
But what do you do if you didn't get it quite right at the time? That's what were here to discuss!

Here are a few quick tips that anybody can apply to their photography and have pictures that live up to their memories of the moment.
1. Be prepared!
Kind of obvious, but before an important photo … (37 comments)

Ever played Peak-a-boo in the loo??
I had to laugh at myself last week. I did a pre-market staging consultation, snapped some photos for the Recommendation Report that I would email later, and finished up with my meeting. When I got home to write up my report, I took a look at the photos and saw this in the pile:

(Side note: this is not my "professional" grade photography! These were just quick photos for the purpose of discussing different areas needing to be addressed with the home owner.)
But has this ever happened to you?!
I laughed especially hard because this … (25 comments)
