real estate: I bought a house on eBay!

No, not me; but my client did! For less than $5000. Sight unseen. We'll most likely be listing it soon. Anybody else out there have any experience with eBay and real estate?

A realtor from my office sent this to me. I have no idea where the photos came from. I wonder if the gas it takes to run this is less than water, electric, gas, mortgage, cable, and yard upkeep of a "normal" home? Do you think WalMart lets him stay in their parking lots overnight? I'm sure I couldn't get the decomposing bodies thought out of my head - even after the bleach-down. I think I watch way too much CSI! Or The Sopranos!

How do they do this without killing themsleves? If I miss a step on a treadmill I go flying into the next block. I guess it goes back to the old standard ... practice makes perfect.
