Sellers, please take note that the homebuying market has changed. Yesterday, I read that there are approximately 99,500 homes on the market in Georgia. A large percentage of that are new homes. Sellers, when listing your house for sale, please make sure that it is prepared properly. The competition is steep. Many buyers want new houses or an older home in 'brand new' condition.
