accountablility: Better Self Care for 2022!

Every year I pick a word to focus on for the year. My last 6 years have been challenging on many levels. This year my word is "ME". It's time for me to take better care of myself! 1. My SMART goal is lose an average of 3 pounds per month this year. I am determined to make smarter food choices, replace carb loaded snacks with raw vegetables and nuts, limit potatoes, pasta and bread. These items trigger my glucose to rise. I'm diabetic.
