How many times have we dealt with Realtors who seem to have an emotional attachment to their buyers and their buyers property. Sometimes develop an adverserial relationship with the other Realtor, even though we both have the same goal. To sell the house. Offering un-asked for opinions, except in warranted situations, is uncalled for. PRESENT THE OFFER. Let the customer decide.Please don't do it in a negative manner .Remember,we both get paid if the deal goes through.Be PROFESSIONAL in all that you do.Guide you customer through the process.in a positive manner.Respond to any offers in a timely manner.Represent your customer as you … (6 comments)

I remember ,as a child, it was not very commonplace to meet many people from other countries. We, as kids, would laugh at someone speaking with an accent, instead of realizing that person speaks more languages than we do, and should be respected. Travel was not as easy as it is now, comparatively speaking, the cost has been reduced, and what was once a long, arduous trip has been condensed into a matter of hours.Almost all countries have become neighbors, because of this. How many times have you answered a call like this ,gave the price,and the caller thanked you and hung up.WRONG!!!! We are in business to sell, not just to give out free information. I was taught to engage the caller in conversation first...something like this. 310 Main St?
