delaware historic homes for sale: That Achy Breaky Feeling - 11/08/17 07:56 PM
I really don't want to get a reputation as a big "crab," but some houses leave me not feeling well. To explain: I visited a broker open house the other day, mostly because it was said to be an old farmhouse (i.e. see picture) , and you know that is my weakness.
However, it turned out that it was the house that the builder had  lived in and renovated while he built a high-end community around it. I had to ask where the old house was, because other than one exposed stone wall inside, and a front door, it looked like the … (2 comments)

delaware historic homes for sale: Mt. Cuba a Treasure of Native Plants in Delaware - 04/22/17 03:04 PM

I visited with a plant trekker group organized by my friend Brenda and we kept trekking … (2 comments)
