The Indiana New Home Warranty Act (Indiana Code 32-27-2) is very specific about what a builder must do to waive implied warranties on a new home purchase.  Within this code, the following warranty must be provided to waive implied warranties:
1. During the TWO YEAR period beginning on the Warranty Date, the home will be free from defects caused by faulty workmanship or defective materials.

I am a member of the Indiana & Illinois MLS. Besides Indiana, I am also licensed in Illinois. The Illinois license allows me to enter your home in the Illinois MLS (MLSNI). The Illinois listing also automatically is posted onto the Chicago Tribune Website. I have an extensive marketing plan. I advertise in the newspapers of The Times, Post Tribune, Chicago Tribune, and 3 magazines.
On the internet I subscribed to Realtor.Com which is the most widely used internet site for consumers to search for homes for sale. On Realtor.Com I can add additional text, additional pictures, Showcase Banner, and scrolling text.
