With the big mess with lenders and a few deals "lost in the process" I need to find a lender/broker with the following (non-negotiable) attributes: 1) Honesty, discretion, hard work 2) Ability to check every option in efforts to qualify every prospect 3) Keep all parties informed at all times 4) At least some knowledge of Spanish 5) Local to Weber/Davis or Salt Lake areas (UT) 6) Willing to give 110% to customers Is that too much to ask? I bet some lenders have faced this kind of approach... Lenders, would you share your horror stories about clients who think they can get the moon for the price of a grain of salt? To make it ethical, don't share names or dates, but please don't hide the sordid details. They can be funnier than most of us care to admit. … (0 comments)

I have had terrible experiences with this new program, but some people still say it works. I am looking for a lender who knows the ropes and can do a good job. Clients in need I have in dozens, but nobody I've contacted actually knows all the answers. I know it's complicated, but the need is there, and the right person can capitalize on a niche that is growing by leaps and bounds.
