Ten years in real estate, that just occurred to me. I got my real estate license in May of 2004. In some ways it’s a long time in other ways I have a long way to go and much to learn. The night I started real estate school the instructor said “No two deals are the same” Now I don’t consider myself an “know it all” but at the time I thought, of course they are not the same but they can’t be all that dissimilar either. There has been great debate and publicity surrounding the “Over The River” project. The world famous Cristo is planning on draping the Arkansas River with approx 6 miles of fabric. The debates include things like environmental concerns, traffic, employment, wildlife, local established business, new business and general bother to the city.

In Fremont County Colorado there are just over 46,000 people living here. The beautiful Upper Arkansas Valley brings lots of tourists to the area to raft, hike, bike and sight see.
