Citizens  met with out of town designers to help redesign this historic part of Portsmouth.  Vacant lots to flower gardens, playgrounds upgraded and dilapidated houses fixed up, this is what they came up with.  That was the easy part.  The hard part will be convincing the city to spend some money...
