I had a meeting last week with David Maider, a broker with Windermere Real Estate.  Dave was in my EVOLVE! program for brokers last year, and he always has great ideas and strong opinions about how to succeed in the real estate business.  As a result, he’s cultivated a strong and successful group of agents in his office.

THE ART OF THE CLOSE
There's no word in real estate that is more misunderstood than the word "closing".  It conjures up images of a toothy salesman in a checkered sport coat hawking used cars.  It reminds us of all of those times we were asked, "So, are you ready to buy today?"
