POOCH PARK IN THE PINES Pooch Park in the Pines is a 3 1/2 acre fenced park, located in Whispering Pines which is only 5 minutes from Pinehurst. The Pooch Park is a joint project between the Moore County Humane Society and a group of volunteers called "Pooch Park Partners in the Pines".This dog park offers small dog owners like myself an added piece of mind. I truly believe that dogs should be socialized as often as possible. But, I admit I often have a fear of socializing my two small poodles with larger breeds.
