 Overall I really liked the home on Shadow Leaf, With the looks of the open house I believe it to be true, for those viewing the property also.

This home has had lots of interest and with the community and Schools it is the most desireable area in Berryessa. Come take a look at what makes this area desireable.
Lakes, Trails, Quiet Foothills, Schools, Library, Parks, Stream, minimum amout of businesses, making this community less attactive for people to come into from outside cities.

It's still the american dream to own a home.
With all the blogging I have been doing I am starting to hear alot about turn arounds in the Real estate Market, I think we are all coming together as one and realizing that without everybody working together, the homes are not selling, I will forward information as I get it.
As Real Estate goes, everybody does there own thing but work closely together to put the deal together for the client, but now what I see is everybody will be working closely together twords selling the home.
