Ruskin Elementary has been released to open tomorrow May 6, 2009 CDC is releasing the Swine flu chance, to be determined by the parents and schools. Which of course is what many were saying. But at my older daughters school there was a child there clearly sick, but the teacher did not send to the office. Be vigilent and make sure the health of all our children is good, by making sure the children are healthy.

Ruskin Elementary in Berryessa Union School District. Latest probable tested, CDC closes Ruskin for one week. Sunshine after school, who also operates out of Ruskin has been closed for one week also. Other County School Closures: Challenger, Delphi, Branham High. Today was a great day, I got up, my Husband was off to work, brought kids to School, sat down to work. Got a call from a past associate who needed assistance, so I met her at a Restaurant and helped her fix her tech problem (she bought me lunch ) YUM. As you can see my day was busy, but I was happy with how the day was going... I heard of this today, and think this is worth repeating... Realtor Magazine, is making aware of a fraud scam using fake documents. U.S. Treasury has been made aware of this, this has taken place in Arizona and Colorado. These people are apparently using 'personal promissory note' or 'private offset bond' to purchase properties. for more go to: http://www.treasurydirect.gov/instit/statreg/fraud/fraud_bogussightdraft.htm This folks is why we use REALTORS. The graphs are put out monthly from a company named trend graphix, if your Broker does not get these you may want to let him or her in on this wonderful tool. I use these for sellers and buyers. How to read these is farely simple. The first diagram shows the FOR SALE, SOLD AND PENDING.
