I have been seeing these vans and busses drive around more often lately in the area and thought I would do some research on the subject. CTC is a very interesting organization and fills a niche that we really needed filled in the East Side of Greater Cincinnati. We already have several bus routes that connect the fringe parts of Greater Cincinnati to downtown but no services that really serve the people going within the community itself.
