As a local Realtor here in Palm Desert, I always keep a list of service providers for my clients. You know plumbers, handymen, painters and such. Today I am adding Pacific Electric Heating & Cooling to the list. I recently was getting ready to close escrow on a home I sold and Morphy's Law Kicked in. Day before closing the air conditioning seemed to die. Of course the buyers & sellers were both upset and no one wanted to pay more money then needed.
