Wow, where to begin with this one. . .Let me tell you a little about Mike the homeowner (not his real name). Mike had it all going for him, he had "the girl" (or so he thought), a great job and because of how easy it was to get a 0% down mortgage and approved for a loan he really would have been better off not getting, he purchased a condo to call home and all before the age of 23. Well not even a few months later "the girl" broke Mike's heart ...and he lost his job shortly there after ...and yes, you guessed … (21 comments)
