The group is meeting on August 22nd at 6 PM at the Quarryville Library at 357 Buck Road Quarryville PA 17566. Participants are asked to bring a short piece to share or a page of writing from a book that they find meaningful. People of all levels from beginners to experts are welcome.

The Historical Society will host a presentation by Emily Kilby on the community of Fair Hill Saturday, May 20th at 1:30 PM. The program will take place at the Solanco Historical Society Archives Building at 1932 Robert Fulton Highway Quarryville, PA. The program is free and open to the public.

Kenneth Hoak, Quarryville artist and educator, will talk about his many years of interaction with Carlson. Carlson was a local artist. The program will be free and open to the public.
