peanut butter: Jennie's Easy Christmas Cookies - 12/15/16 10:50 AM
 My Mother - in - law's favorite Christmas Cookie! 
 
 
 
Cut Graham Crackers in half and then in half again.
 
Then cut one more time to make petite “Four Square” (Four equal sides)
 
You should now have twice as many squares as the number of cookies you want to make.
 
Spread half with creamy peanut butter and place the others on top.
 
Dip in melted chocolate. (We prefer dark chocolate) and place on wax paper.
 
Top each cookie with a pecan. (Any nut or an M&M will do also.)
 
Store in cool place.

peanut butter: Recipe of the Month, Quarter, Undefined Period of Time! - 05/03/16 06:14 AM

 
Pretzel Fudge! Warning: Finished product will probably not look anything like the picture above!  Because the picture is not pretzel fudge!      Ingredients: 2 Cups of coarsely crushed pretzels 1 Cup dry roasted peanuts, unsalted 1 Package white chocolate chips, melted in microwave 1 Package peanut butter chips chips, melted in microwave 2 to 3 Tablespoons peanut butter   Mix all together and press into a foil lined pan (8 x 12 inch).
