The Southern End Community Association (SECA) will host a Cookies with Santa event on Monday December 18th from 6:30 to 8:00 PM at the SECA Rec Center, 299 Park Avenue Quarryville, PA. The community is invited to attend. The event will include photos with Santa, milk and cookies, crafts, and games. Admission is free, but reservations are required for all children to ensure adequate supplies. To register call 717-806-0123 or email seca@epix.net. The Southern End Community Association (SECA in Southern Lancaster County, PA.) invited the community to enjoy cookies with Santa from 6:30 to 8:30 PM on Monday December 19th. The free event will take place at the SECA Center at 299 Park Avenue Quarryville, PA. Everyone is encouraged to bring a camera to take a picture with Santa.
Children are invited to bring a letter to Santa or write one on site, including their address so they can receive a response. There will also be make and take ornaments, activities, and games, along with free books from the Solanco Literacy Project.
Solanco musicians will play a significant role in the annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony in Quarryville. The event will be held on Friday December 2, from 6 to 8 PM in the Towns Edge Shopping Center. All Community members are invited to attend the outdoor event, which is hosted free of charge by the Southern Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce.
