decluttering your home: How to Declutter your home before selling it!

I have always asked myself what is the best way to tell people that they need to declutter their home so that it shows better. What I have found was that people can be offended sometimes when you tell them that their home needs to be decluttered. The truth is that almost every home needs to be decluttered on a weekly bais to keep from stuff building up. I tell them that their home may sell quickly so it is better to be organized for the move when the time comes. The problem then becomes where to start?
