Home sales in the Lucas area were down 17% in December 2013 compared to last year, with 20 homes selling this month. So far this year, overall home sales have increased 16%, with 378 homes sold. New Lucas real estate listings increased 250% from last year, with 28 homes listed this month. For the year-to-date, home listings have increased 8%, with 478 homes listed. The number of current listings under contract this month was up 27%, at 19 homes. Listings under contract for the year-to-date have increased 17%, with 381 homes under contract.
