Home sales in the Lake Highlands area were up 3% in July 2014 compared to last year, with 103 homes selling this month. So far this year, overall home sales have increased 2% , with 630 homes sold. New Lake Highlands real estate listings increased 33% from last year, with 187 homes listed this month. For the year-to-date, home listings have increased 10%, with 959 homes listed. The number of current listings under contract this month was down 32%, at 66 homes. Listings under contract for the year-to-date have decreased 2%, with 668 homes under contract. New Dallas Uptown real estate listings decreased 8% from last year, with 154 homes listed this month. For the year-to-date, home listings have decreased 9%, with 1,138 homes listed.
