With all that is going on today especially with the sub prime market i think that realtors will need a Mortgage banker whos knowledge can get their deals closed. No one wants a yes man who just says they can get deals closed.

Most of the loans i get are from clients in westchester, putnam, dutchess and rockland counties.....sometimes even further upstate and i have alot of family on the Island who refer people to me. I rarely do loans in the 5 burroughs of NYC. Im doing one now for 280k and the Mtg tax is $5010?????!!...

Lets be honest................. a pre approval means NOTHING.
