2016 has been one of the most competitive housing markets for buyers in years. Interest rates are still historically low, but competition for each house (with such low inventory) has been fierce. When you are able to buy in the fall, this season has historically less competition for Framingham and metrowest homes. The reason is kids are in school, ad the holidays are just around the corner.
