If you are a renter right now in M. you need to seriously consider owning a home, whether single family, condo or multifamily. The interest rates are so low in Ma. in 2016, that the dream of home ownership is closer than you may think. The interest rates will not get lower in the coming years, so if your are the borderline and can afford a home now, it is tie to buy and build equity and really enjoy the advantages of home ownership.
