The market has been relatively cool in the last few weeks, look for the Market Action Index to show a persistent shift before prices begin to move up. The 90 day average around 19.0 again this week. Inventory is tightening somewhat and prices have remained relatively flat for several recent now weeks. Days on market is down to 179 from 200 earlier this year. Prices in this zip code haves moved lower over the last few weeks and this weeks action is roughly the same keeping us in that same zone.
