Every once in a while you will see a post that burns itself in your memory. If I could remember who posted it, I would link the post. In their area, they found a farmer selling vegetables on the side of the road with an honor system for anyone wishing to purchase while he was not there. When I read the post, I could not imagine anyone having that much trust in the people of their area. It is very important to me to try to support our local farmers. You don't know what you missed if you didn't stop by the Pell City Farmers Market today. The produce is fresh and grown locally. Today the peaches won my heart along with the Silver Queen corn. Other great choices were cantaloupe, beautiful green peppers, eggplant, local honey plus much more. Let's support our local farmers. The Farmers Market will be open each Wednesday from 2:00 to 5:30. It is located on the north side of the Post Office in the gravel parking lot in front of Mary's Mini Warehouses.
