The days of multiple offers are here in many of the communities within Greater Nashville. Why? “Inventory are the end of August was 16,250, down slightly from 18,223 in August of 2012. Both condominium and single-family median prices continue to rise and days on market continue to drop” ,said Greater Nashville Association of Realtor’s President Price Lechleiter. “Inventory is continuing ot decrease, which is the case for all categories this month. Well Sunday marked the end to two music festivals the CMA Music Festival and Bonnaroo. Both drew tens of thusands of music enthusiats to Tennessee. I guess that is why we say "Tennessee Sounds Good to Me." If you are thinking about calling Tennessee Home now is the time.
