Realtors and Agents,
need more then Educations. I have found many state and organizations have stressed out agents requiring higher and costly education. I believe it is good to be educated in any thing you do, However experiencing the real problems of real estate is how you learn.
Each transaction; each person does not have the same real estate problems.
Are buyers and sellers feeling secure in your education? Or are they looking for real old fashion caring people?
I have seen many agent passing on clients because they don't have time or the experience.
Many large company train agents to pass on difficult clients because they believe it cost time and money for the company and the agent.
What do you think of too much education and not enough TLC?
