A while ago I sat down with a Realtor team to make a presentation on how we (Renovation Mortgage Plus) could assist with moving inventory that this agent team was responsible for. This an experience that I'm sure everyone could benefit from since we all are in the customer service business win which our success is measured in the amount of real estate that we transact. I recently met with a buyers agent and her client. The buyers agent has a current relationship with another mortgage company that provides traditional financing for all of her clients.
