I find it odd that on Active Rain there so many blogs about how to drive traffic, but there aren't many on how to actually generate leads. What good is driving traffic to your website if you don't actually generate any leads? SEO is obviously important, keep these truths in mind if you want a truly effective website.

Doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results?
If you have paid a high set-up fee for a website that does not capture serious buyer leads and yet continue to pay that monthly hosting fee for nothing....that's insane!
Paying additional fees for upgrades to that site- and still no real results, that's insane!
