I received an e-mail from a real estate aficionado concerned with the lack real estate related topics on the blogs at Active Rain and other sites. I thought that this person may be missing the boat. I see Active Rain as a site all about the Realtor, and the Lender ,and the Inspector, as well as other professions. I am more than just an Agent.

I was interrupted while blogging tonight by blood curdling screams. Was it a horror show, not exactly. My 14 year old daughter saw a spider in her room. I found her standing on her bed just pointing. I have never been afraid of spiders,so I suggested that we vacuum it up. She said no. It might crawl out tonight. I suggested getting it with a broom, countered with what if you miss?
