Interested in Buying or Selling a condo in the South End of Boston? No need to try to time the market, its happening! For small to mid sized condos (700-850 sq.ft) 14 units are currently active yet 8 already have contracts written and pending one or more contingencies. Inventory is NOT keeping up with demand resulting multiple offers. With as much as half the units being put under agreement in a just a few days buyers need to be aware that its not always the almighty $ that wins out in a multiple bid situation.
