holiday special: Shopping in the 21st Century

With all the holidays we celebrate, my favorite has always been Thanksgiving. Not because it was my mom’s favorite, which it was, but because Thanksgiving is a holiday that has nothing to do with gifts. Thanksgiving is a day to get together and celebrate with family, friends, and loved ones. When I was little, I remember Thanksgiving as the time to over eat, laugh, being silly, and play games. It was all about getting together and sharing memories. We can talk about the origin of Thanksgiving and the Pilgrims coming to America, but for me, it was so much more.
