We’ve all dreamed of that listing that would rate a perfect 10. The type of property that when you view it for the first time to evaluate what needs to be done to get it ready to put on the market, there is nothing that needs to be done. I have such a listing.
This property was built by UDC builders and sits in the neighborhood of Dove Canyon in Phoenix Arizona in an area called Ahwatukee. Those of us that live there call it a giant cul-de-sac inside a large city. It’s surrounded by mountains and has hiking and biking trails … (3 comments)
