Right now is probably the best time to be a home buyer in metro Denver in several years as inventory levels are up 37% year over year.
 Here is the latest market data for our 7 county metro area courtesy of SMDRA.  The number of homes sold dropped 11% last month to 4,100 sales from last October. But, sales did rise 2.1% from September. Still, this was the fewest number of sales we have seen in October in the last 5 years.
