I must begin this brief commentary on Technology by saying "I LOVE MY WIFE". However, when it comes to technology she is an addict. Every new gadget, widget and what you call it she has to have. The only problem is she gets so inundated with the latest "Toy" that she has little to no time for the real meat of Real Estate. I know this may sound somewhat antiquated to those of you who are in the now generation but you can have all the blogs, web presence, practice what the talking heads say is the "best business practice" hire … (2 comments)

When did common sense remove itself from selling real estate? I ask this rhetorical question as the result of my experiences yesterday and again today. With the flu going around several of my agents are laid up and unable to show their listings. So being we are a small Brokerage, it is not uncommon for us to help each other when the need arisesBeing the good guy that I am I assisted my associates this weekend by showing their listings.
