Here in Southern Maine it's steady as she goes for Home Sales. Sales of Maine’s single-family existing homes increased 4.34 percent during the month of December, the sixth consecutive month that Maine home sales increased over 2010. The statewide median sales price over the past 12 months is $160,000. The National Association of Realtors (NAR) reports a national single-family existing homes sales hike of 4.3 percent in December, compared to December 2010.
