Lake Havasu City is set to kick off its 2nd Annual Hot Air Balloon Festival and Fair. The Balloon Festival will be held on the Island Golf Course at the Nautical Beachfront Resort. Last year over 30,000 spectators attended and this year there hoping for even a larger turnout.
