Good Morning!
This past weekend, Blackcomb opened up giving us two full mountains to choose from. Conditions remain a bit on the sketchy side as it's still early season but it looks like we've got some colder weather in the alpine forecast for Whistler. I haven't been up the mountain yet but will likely head up with my boys next weekend if we get any snow this week at all. I usually don't dust off the boards until the first or second week of December unless it's exceptional early season conditions.

The main topic of my particular session was to discuss some of the unique marketing strategies that I employ in the Whistler resort real estate market. It was also a really fun opportunity to meet a wide spectrum of agents who work everywhere from Washington DC to Ohio, Michigan, Tennessee, Colorado and even L.A..

I had the good fortune last week to be able to go for a helicopter ride up to the Ipsoot Glacier high above Pemberton. Pretty awesome ride and one of my main reasons was to be able to get a good look from above to see the land where the new Tiyata Village neighbourhood will be located.
