I recently sat down with a seller. Who is ready to sell their home and purchase a new home. She was told by others this is not a good time to sell her home. My reply was it doesn't matter if you are selling and buying in the same market. I also, instructed her on the interest rates that they are still low and if you need to get a mortgage it is the right time to buy. Any suggestions do you think I gave her the right advice.
