about a month ago I was working with this buyer I took them to see over 40 houses here in Staten Island: Well, this is my story. Buyers are not loyal as soon as the deal dosen't go their way, they drop you. Pfoof they are gone! I thought they trusted me. I did my best to educate them on the homes that they were looking at. I could for no advail do the right thing, everything I said, did, show them was wrong. The next weekend they went to an open house and bought a home without me. Go Figure. I should (5 comments)

Today I made an appointment to show a house. The listing agent ask me some questions in-regards to my buyer. The normal questions, do they have a house to sell, how long have they been looking, oh and how long are you working with them. When I answered a few months she said, I hate working with buyers, they take so much of your time and energy. She also said, They are not faithful to you. How do you tell a buyer that this is the right house for them. After looking at approximately 35 houses and they make an offer on a home,i s this the right house? I would say so. It has all the amenites that they were looking for. I told them if you keep comparing homes to this one, then this is the right house for you. The home is approximately 15,000 - 20,000 more than what they wanted to spend. Do I have a right to tell them, that this is the right home for you. The last 2 days I have been trying to make appointments to show houses. I picked 8 houses to show 4 on Saturday and 4 on Monday. So far I have only received confirmation on 2 for Saturday and 1 For Monday. There has to be a better way to do this. Im Getting the feeling my buyer thinks maybe Im avoiding some of the homes. It seems the 2 that she really wants to see have some kind of issues. Is this normal. Lately, It seems almost impossible to get into all the homes.
