selling: Bad Market Or a Good Market

What would you consider this market to be? In my opinion I would consider this the right kind of Market to be Selling and Buying a home. O.K., the prices have dropped some, but look at the brighter side the interests rates are low. That is an overall savings. The flip side of this market is the people who pulled out all their equity in their home and now want to sell. If their house was appraised within the last 2 years and they borrowed most of the equity they could run short on the sale.
